New web ticket system from Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM)
Beginning July 31, all requests for OCM web assistance, training, troubleshooting, and Yodeck digital signage must be submitted through its new ticketing system for website support, TeamDynamix, which will be available through Okta via the “OCM Web Tickets” tile. OCM will no longer accept requests submitted by email. Requests for support from IT (for technology or computer support, printer services, etc.), are separate and should continue to be submitted to the IT Helpdesk. Requests to update the Course Catalog should be directed to the Registrar. Authorized web editors should check their email for a July 22 message with additional details. Please monitor SWB for additional information in the coming weeks.
Residential Life early arrival requests
Departments sponsoring students (athletes, peer mentors, student workers, and others) for early arrival housing for the fall term should send requests to Residential Life by Aug. 7. Please include a list of sponsored students with student ID and anticipated arrival date. Students requesting an early arrival must have a fall 2024 on-campus housing assignment.
Intergroup Relations workshop
Intergroup Relations (IGR), a program that discusses approaches to dialogue within a divisive political climate and a social justice context, invites faculty and staff to participate in a Zoom workshop from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Aug. 26 and 27, with longtime practitioners from the University of Michigan, Monita Thompson and Charles Behling.
